Once you authorise this plugin with your Facebook account, it will automatically ensure your audience collection and conversion codes are inserted into your website for you.  This will allow your ad account to collect people who visit your website so you can start a conversation with them.

It will also allow you to build a nurture process to turn cold prospects into hot leads by timing what to say to people at their time in the buying cycle.  

The problem with Facebook is that you can only have a conversation with your pages as a whole group or not at all.  With this plugin, you can talk to people who are new differently vs people who have are already aligned with your purpose.
